Harvesting Shellfish around Stuart Channel

So I’m looking at this map, and I want to double check if it’s accurate. I’m in an area close to a “green” zone, so I am wondering if I can actually harvest shellfish.

Does anyone on the south island harvest shellfish in these areas?

Will I die a horrible death if I harvest from these areas?

An update, I harvested clams and oysters in those green areas and I’m not dead or physically ill, so I suppose the info on the DFO website is good. If anyone wants to know where I went they can PM me, as this is a public forum, and I don’t have any interest in blowing up any spots for the locals where I’m staying.

Another thing to note: This maps seems to be frequently updated, as since I created this thread, Kulleet bay (upper left of map in picture) is now closed, and reflects on the map.
