Hardy Longstone

I just received a Hardy Longstone, I would like to line the reel up however, I have 2 questions.

1. The reel is taken apart, what is the proper order for the washers, drag washer.

2. I would like to put line on it, I was thinking 20 or 25lb ultra green what is the line capacity.

Great got it together.

Do the longstones not freewheel? Love the sound of that drag, it reminds me of their fly reels.

Hey dingo: Yes the do freewheel quite nicely, which is nice if there are seals around. They hear that Longstone wailing away and there all over your fish.Just flick the little lever on the back. Good Luck eman
