So, I have to ask: anyone out there using a Hardy Eddystone for their day to day salmon work? I'm here to tell you that if you can put up with the weight, it's one of the coolest downrigger and salmon fighting machines out there.
I have two of them-- one loaded with 20 and the other with 30. Engage the ratchet after you hook up and you have that Hardy high-pitched hysterical scream that's always sweet music to my ears.
