Hydration, hydration, hydration.......... Like most have posted.
Forget the medication. Just drink water during your drinking the night before. If you get up in the middle of the night to ****, drink another bottle or two of water after your done. Wake up in the morn and drink another bottle of water before your coffee. I'm a serious sponge believer, so eat a dry English muffin or toast of some kind in the morning. Try really hard to take that movement in the morning before heading out (get that out of your system). This is really important to get that bowl movement out of your system. Sweat is a great factor for getting the alcohol out of the system. If your in a hot area or near a sauna (not hot tub), then get in there and re-hydrate yourself afterwards. Get the stuff out first then start over lol.
And don't try drinking water upside down to get rid of the hick ups (that was pretty entertaining though for the kids at the beam lol). Just take a spoonful of peanut butter next time.
The human body is really a remarkable piece of equipment. We kick the ***** out of it and it keeps ticking.......
I find the best day's fishing are the ones with the least fogged vision and mind.
Take Derby's advice man.
Cheers,
John
