Hague or Gunflint lakes

Has anyone ever tried fishing Hague lake or gunflint lake on Cortes island

Both have cutties. In Hague you can keep 4 but Gunflint it's catch and release even though they are connected. I've tried to find out why the difference but so far I have no answer.
