Green sturgeon in Scotch pond ?

Stumbled across this article online when researching some new fishing spots. Found it very interesting especially because it’s coming from the FRSCS. Anybody ever caught a sturgeon let alone a green one at scotch pond?

Very interesting, might be worth dropping a salmon belly on a circle hook and see what happens

Spent a few hours around high tide threw out some chum scrap and got nothing. Didn’t see any fish activity but might just be the winter.
