Good plumbers and electricians in the comox valley

Building a new house soon.
Electrician quotes are a 30% spread from the highest to the lowest.
Plumbers are a little closer in price.
They have all quoted on the same thing since I drew out the electical myself and plumbers got a list of fixtures etc and the products I wanted to use.

Is there anyone that you have had experiences with... both good and bad..

My biz partner is an electrician (On tops of being a welder / fabricator), and the people who live in the house where my shop is are plumbers (Father and son), In both cases I can probably get you a good deal if you're interested.

I am not interested in the 'best deal' but finding very good quality trades people. I don't want my plumbing backing up several years from now because the lines came apart ouside..or something similar or WORSE!

I guess I should rephrase that then. All three people are excellent at what they do. I was simply saying I could possibly save you a bit of money in speaking to them, but they have all been in business many years in the valley, and very nice people, and very good tradespeople.

Was just a thought, and was just trying to help.

Sorry FBC.. it sounded like you were just supporting a good deal and not quality workmanship. When people build it is for different reasons.

Not at all. I think like that too. Sometimes a "deal" is not a good deal lol.
These guys are good, qualified, and know their stuffs.
