Could any one tell me where the girl guide camp is on the stamp in port alberni?

Beaver Creek Rd. to McKenzie Rd. turn right at the end onto Sportsman Rd. and drive into the gun club, park and walk up river to the whitewater[known as the Bucket or Girlguide falls]

the reg's say you can use bait below the falls is this true? I have been told that isn't true and the whole river has a ban on all year.
