The usual ice fishing dodgers and techniques were not working, so I tried something new. I put a Gibbs dodgtail dodger on my line and it worked extremely well. Now, I can use my Gibbs dogtail dodgers year round. Here's the dogtail dodger in action and my new quick jigging technique that helped entice a few kokanee.
