Death of Hackman and wife 'suspicious enough' for investigation, police say​

Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman, his wife and their dog appeared to have been dead for some time when they were found in their home in the US state of New Mexico, according to police.

Hackman, 95, was discovered on Wednesday afternoon in a side room near the kitchen of the house in Santa Fe, while his wife Betsy Arakawa, a 63-year-old classical pianist, was found in a bathroom.

The county sheriff's office said there was no sign that they had sustained any injuries. No cause of death was given, but police said the situation was "suspicious enough" to merit investigation.

I read today that the dog that was dead was found locked in a closet. The other two dogs were roaming free in the house and property.

10 days ago Gene has a heart attack in mud room. Wifey sees him dead on the floor but to old and weak to do much. Cries for days (very private couple) she decides to take her own life with pills. She falls to the floor some pills hit the floor when she falls Dog comes in eats the pills on the floor retreats to her kennel and dies.other dogs live because 1st dog ate them all. Elementary

Looks like 12 days later my theory has been busted. Latest news was she died week before he did and he wandered around until he passed. Not sure about what caused the doggy to pass.
