Future of Halibut FIshing

Can anyone direct me to some information on what happened in the big Halibut commision meeting in Vancouver today[?]

Word from fisheries offficer today speaks off possible opening delays or worse for this coming Febuary. Many options tabled today?

Whats going on? I hope we don't go to daily openings like what i heard off today id depressing[xx(]

By chance I received an e mail from Kim Zak (local SFAB) today with an attachment on Halibut. He received it "from Bob Gallaugher Local SFAC Port Renfrew chair. This is about Halibut from Marilyn Murphy Chair of the SFAB main board."

Title: "The unofficial handbook for those who want to know
everything about the IPHC and SFAB progress to date
Jan 20 2008"

The report runs to 170 pages and probably can't be summarized in one or two sentences, not by me anyway.

But I would be happy to forward it to you, or anyone else who would like a copy.
