I had this new seat to put in my boat this winter...but I sold my boat! New, it is ~ $850 Can after exchange and taxes (https://saffordequipment.com/product/husqvarna-suspension-seat-579866104/). There is a tear along the top that came from the shipping box farm being too tight to the seat (rubbed through the fabric). You could easily glue a patch over or really easily duct tape it of that matter.
