Try Kennedy Lake for cuts. Launch or fish from shore at Kennedy Lake prv park or drive up to Clayoquot Arm Beach Rec Site.

I camped at Kennedy Lake campground long time ago...there is a bridge nearby....saw a few good sized trout jumping at sunset..mostly in Kennedy River. I have heard Kennedy Lake is unfishable. Better at the bridge up to Clayquot Sound. Lots of bear over there as well.
