was straight up told in our SFAB by BC gov Rep that the 2-4 feet age class of sturgeon are the ones dying and they just happened to be the size that get caught in gilets.

Only "If a sturgeon is already stressed when it is caught in a gill net..." would that be a problem. They must obviously magically avoid the nets when they aren't already stressed.... Right....
