Volvo Penta 230B/AQ131 engine and sterndrive SP-C 2.15ratio lots of brand new parts ,fuel pump ,coil spark plugs ,rotor, distributor cap, starter, relay, thermostat. Good compression. Starts and runs beautiful but I can’t get it to go over 3k RPM just needs a mechanics touch something I don’t have.
