Fold down table in place of dog house

Looking for some inspiration after removing dog house to pod boat. Anybody have pics of what they have done in place of doghouse.. ie fold down fillet table ect

Is it a self bailing deck?

No it it not. Table wouldn’t be used for filleting so much as just tying rigs or such
The dog house was pretty Convenient for that stuff

We put a fish cleaning table mounted at the back (although it doesn't get used for that). It is mostly used for storing gear, serving food and also the BBQ fits on it perfectly.
