Just saw someone post a name of a flasher on the nanaimo boards I haven't heard of...The "boogieman" flasher...Just curious what the color pattern is and who makes it?

Thanks

Got one of these for father's day. Thanked kids for it. Reminded kids that we have too many flashers already so please no more!
Has been my best flasher this year by far - and I am one who believes that flashers are one of the lower ranking pieces of gear in terms of importance to generating strikes.
Now thinking about encouraging kids to pick out flashers for me again haha
Will have to buy another box to store them in though!
Try putting a tiger prawn hoochie behind the boogie man, very strong combo, invented by my fishing psycho 12yo son.
Smiley.

p.s. just went and counted 5 boxes each with 9 flashers in each, OMG! Oh right, have another box with dodgers too! And to think that there is enough $ in each of those boxes to buy about 2 tanks of fuel...

Haha....too funny Smiley.

I am an admitted gear slut.....I always load up on new stuff when headed to the WCVI. For the past 5 years I keep buying all sorts of different stuff......every year I am in Kyuquot....I run the Boogieman behind the same old teaser head. As I bob around off the coast I question "why the f**k do I keep wasting money when my old staple always works".???? :o

As per my usual routine....have bought a bunch of stuff this year......and will likely be running a BoogieMan with a purple/black/chrome head behind it tomorrow afternoon in Kyuquot.

Strange question, but can anyone verify where to buy one of these on the island? I checked all of CR to no avail and checked at Gone Fishing in courtenay. And when I called Capital Iron down in vic they acted like I was speaking swahili.

I just wish there was some kind of online store for fishing gear like NCIX but with fishing gear. I'd be ordering every month.

On second thought, maybe its a good thing that I can't feed my habit from in front of the computer.

Harbour Chandler has them and so does Whoesale sports In...both in Nanaimo..Granted both stores have minimal stocks of them maybe 4-5 at each store.
