Fixing loose reel seat

How can it be done?

Drill a small hole and syringe in epoxy or gorilla glue?

That is pretty much the only way to do it short of pulling the bottom cork off and replacing. Make sure you get a very thin epoxy so it can actuallly penatrate. Also drill the hole under where the reel foot will go so that you don't see it.

Warm your epoxy first to thin it out and use a syringe to inject as much as you can; wipe off what oozes out with isopropyl or even vodka
Drill several holes ..
