Fishing with Kelly Aspinall

Hi fellow members if anyone is looking for a fishing guide I highly recommend kelly Aspinall.
I live in Yellowknife NT. And had too come too the island too take care of some family. Figured while I was here would get a one day charter and wet a line. Booked with Kelly for a full day on May 4 he took the 3 of us out for a 6am start after a short run in the Grady he got too work running 3 rods for myself,my brother( both salmon rookies ) and my elderly father. He had high end gear and was very attentive too the gear lots of p cod too remove. We fished a full day with him and ended up with a crack at ten fish. Keeping a limit of 6 beauty fish some red some white. When the action was in a lull between the the bites Kelly is a personable guy and fun too bs with. He accommodated my elderly father with no complaint. It seems that Kelly wants too catch fish as much a the guests and when our time was up fished us for a while longer then we paid for. So thanks again Kelly ! Next time I'am on the coast I will hire him again. And if anybody is looking for a guide he has my full recommendation.

Yes Kelly knows how to get on the fish...he says Jon is the killer but so is he.
Understands more about what is going on with the ecosystem as a whole than many of us...good guy.

I have known Kelly and his family since he was a wee lad. Good kid and great fisherman. I would recommend him anytime on either coast. He knows his shyte. On another note, he is a world class swimmer.
