I make my own during the winter. I buy a roll (14 inch) of 4 mil poly tube from Victoria Box & Paper. I bought a sealer from them years ago as well. During the winter when nothing is on TV I cut the the tube to the length I want. I cut a bunch first then on another night I seal one end. I make them long enough to fit a 40 pound fish with still enough to tie a knot. Never had one bust open.

I ordered a bunch of bags from discountplasticbags.com. I got 18" x 42" x 3mil - 250 bags for about $100 incl shipping or 0.40/ea. They have many sizes and thicknesses available and you get buy the large rolls and sealers there also.
