You NAILED it Juan!!!

Fish On by said band is a winner too.

Love to fish a day with Les Claypool - have seen him on a fishing show once...

Gimee the gaff!!!

Wow, I really like that girl on the billboard song, never heard it before. The prob I have with country music is most stations play 75% sappy tunes, which I despise by any genere.

Fill the dam tub!

A guide friend of mine says you can't go wrong with Johnny Cash greatest hits....no matter what the music preferences of those aboard, no one will object. Plus he claims it catches fish! ;)

Johnny Cash works till it drives the girlfriend nuts and then she plays nickleback to drive me nuts, but i must say she catches fish when her tunes play and i do when mine play, weird[:o)]

A few more ideas for fishing tunes....I've got 25GB on my Ipod, don't even want to go there, or list will get way too long. So, off the top of my head, a few faves...some whole albums, some songs. Weird mix intentional!

"Good times, some with an edge":
Black Sabbath Paranoid, the whole album, but especially War Pigs
Offspring, Smash
Jane's Addiction, Nothing's Shocking (especially Ocean Size and Coming Down the Mountain)
Sublime
Devo, Duty Now for the future / Are we not men?

When you need to dial it up to 11:
Dead Kennedys - early stuff (Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables, In God we Trust/Plastic Surgery Disaster)
Ted Nugent, Stranglehold
Golden Earring, Radar Love
Deep Purple, Highway Star (courtesy of Lipripper, and Rock Band the game)

Good background, with some laughs:
Frank Zappa, Joe's Garage / Live at the Filmore
Beastie Boys, Paul's Boutique / Check your head
Stranglers: Peaches
Kanye West: Golddigger
Nelly: Hot in Here (only if there's ladies aboard...;)

Dial it down a notch:
Jimmy Cliff, Harder they come
Bob Marley, Exodus
Cat Empire, Two Shoes (great Australian band...download now!)

I know I'm going to be adding to this as more greatest hits come to mind...
