Extreme Marine / Carlson Craft

Im looking at buying a 19' welded aluminum boat, the TC name plate says it was manufactured by 'Extreme Marine/Carlson Craft'. Im wondering if anyone has any insight on these boats?

The hull seems to be pretty well made from heavy gauge aluminum.

I'll attach a photo although its not the best.
