My Lady called to ask if I had felt here, as she had at work.

Yep.

Wild ride here in maple ridge was standing on a concrete slab and it stayed back and forth for like 3 seconds and sounded like freight train

Ya definitely a good rumble and shaking in Nanaimo. Computer screens in the office were going crazy with the shakes for about 3-5 seconds only

Silver shaker lining...I'm on the ferry after waiting 120 mins...neighbor went in our place after the shaker as we are near the middle of it all...and surprise we have been ripped off sometime in the past month. Place is totally tossed heading to try and secure it so the ***** don't come back.

Silver lining there prine rib at the local and I'm solo. Yay

That’s terrible. Are you on Vaucroft?

I’m really sorry to hear this. It’s a fear we have at our our family cabin a little further up the coast on South Thormanby. We all agree not to leave anything of “value” lying around that might attract thieves, but most of the real value is in the memories, the trinkets and things hanging on the wall.

I hope today is a better one than yesterday.

We are so fortunate to have a caretaker. I can't recall any break-ins up there whereas nearby solo cabins have it happen every few years.
