Double eagle walk through window

I have a 176 double eagle with a 3 pane walkthrough middle window. Both of the spin latches have broken off due to age, and i was wondering if anyone had repaired these latches?
I have searched the forums and also on google and have had a tough time finding any info on this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the quick reply. Any one know of how easy they are to install if both of the metal rivets/hubs in the center have broken at the metal frame?

You are right they do have rivets but that doesn’t mean you have to use rivets, you can and it would be easy enough to do. Just drill out one end of the old rivet to remove and use a hammer with a mandrill of some type for backing or you can use a stainless bolt with locking nit instead. Done right it would still look neat and tidy.

You could use a tap and install a threaded fastener and Loctite so it has some resistance in lieu of a rivet.
