DFO Insanity

Not sure how many people caught this CHEK news item so will post it here. Interesting that rebuilding stocks is not part of the DFO mandate.

Maybe that could be something the SVIAC could begin to look at. Obviously the present DFO strategy has failed miserably. Remember the definition of insanity: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Certainly applies here.
