I say these things so that you will have some background into these corporations

and i believe he says the general acrimony of government
this is over a none invasive fish and mainly a vegetarian
meanwhile salmon were being mega funded on both coasts
and I wont mention the billions of tax dollars spent on reaserch for the last 30 years

this funding was being given to northern tilapia [ stoltz ,chapman,fleming college]
funding supplied by dfo,nrc and various agencies
meanwhile in halifax future aqua farms was being funded by a wide a varity of government agencies ,eg.dfo,nrc
with enviromental being waived
and being broadcast to the world by governmental agencies
