I was at Campbell River yesterday 15th June 2015, had a great day doing a 4 hour whalewatch tour, only saw one Humpback, but better than nothing.
Any ways on the walk to the Discovery Fishing Pier parking lot saw three people being held by DFO with an open cooler in the back of the truck had "something" in garbage bags, one guy was in handcuffs, anyone up there know what was up?
