I've been a long time follower of this site and I thought I would share some information of a small development that Three Point Properties will be releasing in Port Renfrew under the name Wild Coast Cottages - Oceanside.
We will be releasing 40 cottages over the summer ranging from approximately $115,000 to $150,000 including HST. The location of the cottages will be on the back side of the old R&R retreat on the corner of Parkinson and Baird Rd. Many of the cottage lots will be able to accommodate a boat or 5th wheel along with a parking spot for a truck.
