S Sangstercraft Well-Known Member May 27, 2020 #27 If we can't keep chinook in the spring, maybe DFO would at least give us May to fish prawns, and push the commercial opening permanently to June. It's NOT a trade idea, but it would be at least something to keep us on the water in May. THOUGHTS? The prawning this May has been the best I can recall.

Gong Show Well-Known Member May 27, 2020 #28 Great idea, but the fact that it is the best prawning anyone remembers is the reason the commercial fleet wants to fish May, every year.
