Hey, just to add more confusion to the topic, the latest TC Bulletin #1658118 states that a Pleasure Craft Operator Certificate is now recognized as a MEDA4 and is sufficient for "Passenger vessels not more than 8 meters carrying not moe than 6 passengers in Minro Waters II and Home Trade IV"
Don't think this helps those of you on the outside of the islands as I "think" you have a higher water classification but this seems to say that all the folks on the inside are okay with their PCOC rather than a MEDA3 and Small Commercial Operator course.
