Cleaning outboard motors ?

Hi Guys and Gals:
What do you use for cleaning the out side of the cowling on your motors and also what do you use to spray the inside to help protect the
inside from moisture build up ?

Profisher posted up an excellent routine that he does every year.

I believe after cleaning he waxes the whole outside with a good marine waxing product.
