Hey folks. I'm looking to take my girlfriend and dog(hopefully) on a fishing trip in Nootka in August. I'll take my boat and we would like to bring our own food. Are there any cheap places with bed/shower and cooking facilities that won't break the bank?? Cheers!
Critter Cove is great. You can take moorage and sleep on your boat. Eat in their restaurant if you're inclined, take a shower for a few bucks and fuel up. Great location, good people and great service....
Moutcha Bay is a great resort with everything you can wish for. But in August it's not cheap to rent accommodation. They have the best rental boat fleet I have seen yet on this coast.
