CC Aluminum - Van Isl - Which Boat?

Hey guys I've been reading and reading - I love researching boats. And I've flipped and flopped between something like the Arima Sr 19' and a BW.

I now think something similar to a 18' Bayview CC TT would be an ideal boat for my wife and I. That way we get out and use it frequently. Less complex systems to maintain, etc.

Any other boats we should be on the lookout for? Lifetimer, Cope, Hewes, Silverstreak.

This would be our second boat (first was lake). We've been out half a dozen times on charters for hali and salmon and absolutely love it. We want something simple so we take it out a lot. Would like to get into some island hopping and overnighting.

What's everyone think?

This has been for sale quite sometime but it still intrigues me.

Would be nice to have a T top and be able to stand?

Someone must have gone to see this? It could be a good boat
Looks like a nice rig on the surface. Spartan finishing almost like a Wolf. Looks to be a bilge boat but maybe self bailing? Appears that it does not include trailer? Always wonder about those double hulls and whether factory or not. I’d imagine that it’s very underpowered w a single 115hp but what do I know. Its built by ABD boats in Vancouver, don’t know much about them and the quality of there builds… maybe not in the same class as established VI builders? Regardless, seller seemed keen to move as fb message inquires turned into consistent follow ups on his end when I checked in. Could be worth a look.
