I wonder what eggs are used. I think true Caviar is made from sturgeon eggs??

Well you can, just might be illegal. But that doesn't stop anyone around here anymore. So many underground restaurants, bars, massage parlors, AirBNBs in the GVRD all flouting rules with no consequences. Look at all the food products sold on Facebook marketplace. People who follow rules are getting left behind unfortunately. Anyway, a 1oz jar of salmon caviar is 20 bucks at 7 Seas on 4th, so quite lucrative I imagine.
