The provincial regulations are a bit confusing to me, I’m wondering if I head out to a lake and catch a fish am I allowed to clean it and eat it there?

I believe so, but any fish that you kill counts towards your daily limit. So for example, if you're allowed to keep 2 fish daily and you BBQ 1 for lunch you're only allowed to take 1 fish home.

Ah alright, we likely wouldn’t bring any back, just use up our daily limits there, oh also what about dumping remains? One thing says just not to do it in shallow water, so is it allowed as long as it’s in deeper areas of a lake?
