Canned salmon question

We just finished up a bunch of canned salmon for the in-laws and one can did not seal.

My question is.....

Is this can of salmon still any good??
We put it in the fridge as soon as we saw that it had not sealed. Smells good and looks tasty, but is it one of those looks and smells good but glad we did not taste it....or will it be OK.

Cheers

Hey SS, if you put it in the fridge as soon as you noticed that it had not sealed (assuming within a couple of hours) no problem whatsoever. Treat it as you would keep an openned jar of sealed salmon in the fridge. SS

Exactly right!. Just don't let it hang around for a couple weeks.

It is still good but as the others said.. eat it within a few days.
