I haven't lake fished there in the spring but I would spend a week every year in the fall back in the early 70's with my dad hunting and fishing at Morton and Mohun lakes. At that time it wasn't a Provincial Park, the fishing was fantastic then. We would spend the week before we left out in the backyard in the middle of the night with our flashlights collecting dew worms in prep for the trip. Fond memories of that area, a real adventure for a kid driving up from Vic to spend the week in a big canvas tent...sometimes in the snow. It's where I shot my first deer that my Dad spotted for me... I did him proud...got him in the left from leg!!lol. Anyway for fishing def a good time to be there now.
