Kind of insane trying to take advantage of CRD never actually acquiring this piece of crown land and privatizing for profit part of the popular coastal trail and Copper mine loop trail!

yeah, have to think that dock would get smashed up hard (have to assume they couldn't build breakwater). It's a guy from Metchosin that wants to expand his business. His exchange on the forums has been feeling pretty entitled tbh.

I was shocked to learn CRD never actually acquired that piece of land. It's still crown land there.

ONE of the most dumbest things ive ever seen... go up harbour view road or something if you want someting like that .. My question how they going to get there???? as there is zero roads to there
