Broken handle on trophy tyee

one of the handles broke off on my last trip out...

Is there anyone in nanaimo that fixes these?

That looks like islander post which is easy fix. Just your reel take it apart and unscrew the threaded post (its just a machined screw on backside). That reel you have has been modified. Harbour Chandler doesn't do machining. You can get replacement threaded post directly from islander. You may have to buy the entire handle kit, and its better to get that from islander directly.

The post shered off flush with the reel and there is no way to back it out. I ended up just drilling it out.

I will pick up a new post from islander next time I'm in Vic.
