Brining

Hey, when you brin your bait do you puck the chovies in the brine the night before and then throw it in the freezer, or do throw them in like as soon as you wake up...are you even suppose to put your brine/fish in the freezer? thanks!

I make the brine up the night before, throw the frozen bait in and stick it in the fridge til the morning.
