I just bought a Cajun Injector smoker (Bradley knockoff) for 199. at Wallyworld. I have used it a few times and it is great. It has temp control, an internal temp probe, timer and lots of racks like rib, jerky, regular and a water pan. This thing is solid and well built for a knock off and you can use pellets or chips which are fed through a port on the side. Alot cheaper to run for sure.
