I joined the forum today, and I hope I can be of help when it comes to safety topics. I work for http://www.BOATERexam.com, however I'm not here to promote their online course, I'd like to contribute to the community. Whether it's providing safety tips or fielding questions on safety or even how the online course process works, I'd be happy to answer all questions to the best of my abilities.

Welcome - How 'bout a "Tip of the week." ?

My contribution after recent discussions: take 2 - radios, bilge pumps, extinguishers, batteries, sound signalling devices, engines (kicker), a fishing buddy, etc.

I'd be more than happy to submit a weekly safety tip.
I have some great infographics which are pretty impressive, however they're all saved as .pdf's.
I'll convert them this afternoon and start posting them next week.
