Boat value and advice

Hi guys,
I figure some of you may be able to help me out. I have a old double eagle 17.5 and the transom is shot, my life is to busy with a young family and short staffed business to put the time and money into fixing it. If I was to sell it as is what should I ask for it? It has a 2011 yamaha 115 with 600 hrs, trim tabs and a good trailer so there is some value there and in the crazy boat market now I have no idea what it's worth and don't want to rip anyone off.

7-8000$ for the engine, with controls/prop, $1000 for the trailer. The boat is likely worth 1500 with the top? Radio, downrigger swivels, fishfinder/charts, cooler/seat $500?

$9500? Where are you selling it? If you are on the Island or Vancouver lots of guys with transom knowledge and dreams.

I am in the comox valley, it's been a good boat for my family but I just can't take on another project right now. If anyone wants feel free to reach out. I haven't posted it on any sites yet
