It is is just basic outdoor yard storage - or covered? For basic outdoor, I use/recommend Pitt Meadows Marina. I'm paying in the range of $115/month for a stall on land (you still need to pay to launch). Its a good rate, and you see a lot of RVs / toys parked there.
The boat storage area is gated / locked every night and the marina is managed by a family that lives there - there is an older gentleman always riding around on his Gator, blowing leaves, fixing something - so passive security is pretty good and I've never had an issue.
