Boat Storage in Victoria

I'm looking for a place to store a 21 foot boat on a trailer in Greater Victoria. I'd like to have access to power and water. I'm just looking for a secure place to clean and store my fishing boat when I'm not using it.

Does anyone know of any storage facility? I'm not having any luck finding one. Please help.

I belive its called ardens storage or ardens self storage

Called Arden's. They do have storage, but no power or water.
