Boat Shrink Wrap in or around Victoria

I couldn't find indoor storage for my boat this Winter so I had it Shrink Wrapped when I had it winterize in Parksville on my way home from fishing Nootka. I'm going to put it back in the water for February and March a do some fishing around Victoria. Then I heading home for calving/chores for a few months. I'm wondering if there is anyone near Victoria that does this kind of work. Parksville Boathouse did an awesome job, but I'm just trying to save two return trips to Parksville. I built two DriZair dehumidifiers out of 5 gallon pails and a plastic Canadian Tire strainers and everything is looking good so far.

My boat is 36ft LOA including the outboards x 9'6" Beam. It was $1,100 including a handy water proof zipper for easy access. the overall cost is way less than inside storage on the South Island (if you can find it). I have to say that I was skeptical from the start, but so far no sign of mold, water etcetera. Like I said I cut a couple of holes in the top of 20 liter pails and installed plastic strainers I picked up at Canadian Tire and put 10lbs of DriZair in each and they are working great. Had a cabin on Christina Lake near you in Oliver for 27 years, its dam humid there in the winter.

I see you spend time in Telegraph Cove. I'm dropping my boat there on my way home from the Central Coast second week of August and going fishing/sight seeing with friend's. If you happen to be around on the 8,9 or 10th of August and you have time, it would be nice to have a little local knowledge since its our first time there, even though its not a hardcore fishing trip it would be nice if we could catch a couple of Springs to send home with our friends from Christina Lake. It is a tiny world isn't it!
Cheers

the one time i had a boat shrink wrapped years ago a racoon decided that the boat would make a nice den, proceeded to have an entire family in there with the kids shredding the interior and chewing on all the wiring. after that i gave up and now use a princess auto PVC tarp. $300 and its done. boat is cold and breezy but at least the racoons stay out.

Okay I'll do that. My wife has a slip at a marina. I'm not sure but I let you know when I drop my boat off on the way to Victoria.
Thank You

Hmm thanks for the heads up. I got a few conibear 330s kicking around. I put them to work if they show up. Pretty well turns a coon into a Rug Mount in a millisecond. Very humane. They get into the cat feed and the bird feeders steady at home. Cat don't like it that she is confined to the pump house when the conibears are working though. Tried live traps a few times because of the cat, they just don't work, coons are too smart for them.
