Boat Launch in Nanaimo

Hi Guys,
I'm heading to Nanaimo on Saturday. Unfortunately I wont be able to launch before low tide. I have used the Brechin ramp at low tide before and find it a bit shallow for my boat. How are Charmaine and Schooner Cove compared to Brechin? How long would the run to a likely fishing spot be from them?

Schooner is not much good on low tide either

Charmaine or what ever its called on Hammond bay is only for small boat.

Brechin can be difficult on low tide but if you use the launch that is by the kayak one and not the 3 lane ramp it is deeper and better for big boats.

That's good to know. thanks Derby and ExFlyGuy. It sounds like I should just use the kayak side of the Brechin ramp

Schooner is not much good on low tide either

x2 on the schooner ramp at low tide - have been caught unable to launch a 22' at 0-2 feet.
