Heard of a few nice fish that have been taken off the Big Q in the past couple evenings. A friend fished it last night and said they were fining on the surface in 15-20feet of water. They got a couple in the twenties and one just over thirty.

Yup-- its that time again!!! But folks are reluctant to post reports for obvious reasons!! :D

Little Q is slooooow..Few around the Big but judging by how dark they are I'd say they've been hanging around awhile. The real push still hasn't showed...

hit the Little last night for a couple hours...hooked 2, lost them both...first one spat the hook at me next to the boat, beauty chromer about 18 lbs.
didn't see anyone catch any.

Fished Big Q mid morning after a crowded but uneventful session at Little first thing. some decent surface activity at Big, jumping and finning, but no bites for us.

I just spent two weeks hanging around Big Q. Fished quite a bit, only managed two fish to hand. A 25 and a 30. We were jigging, not trolling.

Most of the boats were at Little Q this morning I noticed, only 3 boats at Big Q.

I was there a bit early, should be heating up PDQ though I would think.

Was at the Big Q on Saturday. Lots of fish surfacing, big ones. Couldn't catch anything. Lots on the sounder too. Stopped to jig for awhile and got our only catches of the day....dogfish.

Big Q last night, Orcas showed up, put on a show just outside the fleet then headed for Nile creek area to hunt Pinks. Only saw three Chinook caught for 30+ boats.
Still a few finning and rolling but i suspect most went up the river or got to be Whale food, all seemed dark. Next wave should start soon.......we hope.

Unusually large numbers of Pacific Cod are being caught, i do not remember ever seeing so many in this area of shallow water but tons of bait around.

Now that you mention it, the lone Seal that was there early on kinda disappeared, it's an ill wind and all that;)
