I just moved to Pearson College located in Pedder Bay, between Sooke and Victoria. I have lived and fished in Finland all of my life, and would like to continue with the fishing part. I have a kayak but no equipment. I would love to catch salmon, halibut or almost anything. If any of you could tell me what gear to buy and what to do in order to catch something I would be immensely grateful. Also if anyone is interested in joint kayak fishing expeditions please make yourself heard!
