Bamfield Trails Motel

I thought there was a thread on here for the Bamfield Trails Motel with mixed comments in regards to it's present condition however I can't seem to locate it. I stayed there a few years back and it wasn't to bad and was thinking I might try it for a couple of nights later this month. I would appreciate if someone could give me an update on it's condition, i/e renovated, clean, etc.
